3 Ways To Acne Free Skin

Having acne is can be one of the most troublesome condition one can have. Whether you are a teenager or an adult, acne can affect you physically, emotionally and socially.

Here, we will take a look at 3 factors that can help you prevent future acne breakouts.

1) Eliminate excess oil - Too much oil production on the skin can lead to clogged pores. This in turn can become acne. Try to keep your skin as oil free as possible to prevent new acne from forming

To keep acne away, it is important that you keep your skin oil free but at the same time hydrated. Dehydrated skin can cause an imbalance and result in weak and uneven skin tone. Use oil free moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated without the additional oil.

You should also consider using an acne facial wash to get rid of bacteria on the skin

2) Water - We may not think there is a link between dehydration and acne but that this not true.

When your skin is dehydrated, the structure is weakened and has less regeneration ability. This will leave your skin vulnerable to acne. Try to cut down on caffeine and increase water intake as much as possible.

3) Using wrong products - Acne can be caused by using the wrong skin care products or cosmetics. This is true especially if you use cold creams or heavy make up.

The biggest error you can make is to try and cover that acne with thick concealor that will eventually clog your pores and worsen the condition.

Keeping acne away is not as difficult as it seems. It can be done with 3 simple steps. All you have to do is to be more vigilant and keep as close as possible to these tips.
